Frequently Asked Questions

When you close your eyes, and picture yourself in a state of optimum well-being, what does that look like?

This is a key question because helping you achieve it is the work we do. We’re here for your transformation. We’re here to upgrade your holistic operating system, if you will.

What this means, and answers to commonly asked questions:

Specialties: We specialize in women’s health, digestive disorders, mood, and mental health conditions, and supporting highly sensitive people. All of this also includes Long COVID, autoimmune conditions, ADHD, anxiety and depression conditions, parasites, Lyme, allergies, histamine sensitivity, EDS and Hyper-mobility Spectrum Disorders, MCAS, and more.

Expectations of Care: Our commitment is to ensure an excellent experience from your first contact to program completion. Healing is not a rushed process; your journey is as important as the outcome. Our process is thoughtful and adaptable to meet your unique needs and provides a well-designed approach for scheduling your visits and implementing treatment into your daily living.

We require all new patients to participate in a six-month care program to ensure successful outcomes. We continue to assess and adapt treatments to meet your needs during this time. This also allows you to integrate treatments and lifestyle shifts into lasting results. After completing your transformative healing program, we have options to continue with care if you choose to.

Insurance: We do not participate with insurance companies; our work is focused on you and not the conditions provided by your insurance company. We supply a superbill for any service that may be reimbursable to you, and we provide a support guide for you on how to submit to your insurance provider.

Fees: We charge for dedicated time and attention to your personalized plan of care. Your investment in yourself is as much of a driver in your healing process as our care plans are. Your consultation is free, the Comprehensive Intake is $240, and program details and fees are reviewed post-intake. We accept credit, debit, and flex-spending cards.

Credentials & Standards: Our licensed and certified practitioners adhere to legal requirements and carry malpractice insurance. We are HIPAA compliant and prioritize your safety with thorough paperwork and industry-standard health and safety protocols. Patients are provided with a guide to our communicable illness practices.

Policies & Procedures:

  • Cancellation: 24-hours notice is required to change or cancel an appointment; a fee may apply for a missed intake appointment.

  • Opt-Out: You may opt out of treatment at any time. It is our right to refuse or stop treatment as well. Patients enrolled in programs receive all of the details for cancellation of a program.

  • Late Arrival: Please contact us if you are running late. We will do our best to accommodate you; we may need to reschedule your appointment or cut the visit short.

  • Refunds: We do not refund services rendered.

  • Inclement Weather & Emergencies: We follow local authorities, communicate directly with scheduled patients, and consider team safety.
